Fiber Optic Construction Services


Open Access is a world leader as a metro Ethernet service provider. With the addition of the Open Access Fiber Services Division; we can provide our customers with a full array of outside plant services which include the installation, splicing, testing, and maintenance of all aerial and underground fiber optic cable.

Open Access has the ability to design, engineer and implement a redundant fiber optic network for its customers which allows for carrier diversity.  The Open Access Fiber Services division routinely works with the MTA, LIPA and Verizon to secure all applicable licensing and meet all local and state requirements for outside plant construction.
