Charles H. Gucker
Chief Executive Officer
Charles brings a unique combination of technical know-how and business acumen to Open Access. His extensive hands-on technical experience was developed over a number of years in extremely challenging roles, including Manager, Internet Operations at Cablevision Systems Corporation where he was instrumental in developing and deploying one of the first cable-modem networks in the United States. In this position, Charles planned and established service definitions, cost analyses for purchases, as well as budgetary, staffing and service requirements for all aspects of Lightpath.net associated with infrastructure demands. Robert J. Oswald
President
Bob has developed multiple lines of business for Open Access and brought many of our Fortune 50/500 clients to the Open Access family. He has over 30 years of Communications Industry sales and management experience working for companies such as Anadig, Focal and 20 years with AT&T. Bob is married, has 5 children and 5 grandchildren. Glenn Gradel
Vice President, Sales
Glenn has been with Open Access since 2002. With over 12 years Communications industry experience Glenn is responsible for developing interconnect relationships with other Ethernet carriers, as well as focusing on the K12 and Colleges educational markets. With 15 years experience in the IT industry, George is now working in a sales capacity as an Account Executive covering Long Island & New York City. Raymond Santori
Vice President, Fiber Construction
Ray brings over 30 years of experience in the Communications industry. Prior to joining the Open Access team, Ray worked for such companies as NEC as Manager of Technical Training, and Sprint as Senior Technical Consultant for the Northeast Region. As well as owning multiple successful businesses , Ray has also held executive level management positions for communications companies within the New York region. Ray is happily married, has 2 boys and can usually be found coaching his kid's sports teams, or taking slap shots to the the head as a goalie for his hockey team. Miles O'Shaughnessy

With over twelve years experience in data center operations, Miles is responsible for developing Open Access' Network Operations Center Infrastructure and Colocation facility, transforming it into an industry model. Prior to joining the Open Access team, Miles worked at Computer Associates as Director of IT Operations.
